Seminars

Schoenthal Monastery is a special venue for seminars and retreats. Circumspectly furnished, the monastery ambience is a source of inspiration for its guests, promoting creative contemplation and group processes.

The former monastery has a total of four rooms suitable for seminars, retreats or meetings; two large, one medium-sized, one small. These rooms are available throughout the year.

St. Christopher Room
The room on the first floor of the Romanesque church is particularly suitable for larger workshops and meetings, for representative occasions and fireside conversations.

The Abbot’s Room
The room on the ground floor of the adjoining building is particularly suitable for workshops and retreats, for representative occasions and banquets. The Abbot’s Room is located next to the spacious authentic monastery kitchen and has easy access, being at ground level.

Library
During the week it is possible to gather in the library, which has been installed in the former henhouse.
